Steps to ordering
1) Enter your particulars in the fields found in the Order Form. (You'll need to scroll down all the way, cause there's some problem with the alignment.)
2) Copy and paste the format in RED BELOW and paste it in the "Order" field.

3) Click "Place Order" after filling in the fields required.
4) A confirmation email will be sent to you.
